You are our customer, so we are here for you. Not only with products for healthy cows, but also with clear agreements. Protect your privacy. We handle it very carefully. In this privacy statement, we explain what we do with the information you share on our website.
Ordering
If you place an order with us, we use your personal data to process it quickly and securely. Your data is used to correctly deliver the ordered product or service. By mail, online, or when we visit you in person.
When you place an order, you also share information about your bank or credit card. This information is secure with us. This also applies to your name and address, telephone number, billing address, email address, payment information, and VAT number: everything we need to complete the sale.
We retain this data. How long? Up to two years after your order and seven years thereafter. Why? Because this is the legal retention requirement.
Contact Form
Do you have any questions? Feel free to call, email, or app us. You can also ask questions via our contact form. We ask you to enter your name and email address. We store your information until we are sure you are satisfied with our response.
If you ask further questions via the contact form afterward, we can easily access the information. This contributes to a better and faster response!
Newsletter
It’s great if you subscribe to our newsletter! News, tips, updates: we love to share them. Your email address will only be added to the subscriber list with your permission. Please note that you can cancel your subscription at any time. You can find the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each message. Your information will be retained for three months after you cancel your subscription.
Other companies or institutions
We only share your personal data with other companies or institutions when necessary. For example, for the optimal functioning of our website or when we are required to do so (for example, a demand from the police in the event of a suspected crime).
